This Privacy Policy is provided by Class Ideas which is a trading arm of Competitive Edge, North Lodge, Upsall, YO7 2QL ("us", or "we") for the information of customers (referred to as "you" or "your" in these terms) buying from or visiting our website.

We are committed to your rights of privacy. This is why we have set out the privacy guidelines below. Your continued use of the website signifies your acceptance of the Privacy Policy in force at the time of use. It is the user's responsibility to check any change in the Privacy Policy, as we reserve the right to alter them at any time. Information we collect from you

Telling you what information we hold about you

  • You have the right to see personal data (as defined in the Data Protection Act) that we keep about you, upon receipt of a written request and payment of a fee. We will only send this information to the email address we have on file, unless you send us your postal address and request us to send the information to you at your postal address.

Removing and correcting information

If you request us to remove your personal information from our database or you wish us to amend or change the information we hold about you on our database, we will remove or amend any such information on your request within a reasonable time period.

Your Credit/Debit Card details

When you pay for goods through the Class Ideas website, Class Ideas does not collect or retain any information relating to your card as the payment process is handled by Paypal, our secure payment provider. If you require further information regarding the privacy and security of your card details you should view Paypal's policies directly.

Law

The information contained in this Privacy Statement shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law and be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
